Kylie Cantrall Plots First Headlining Tour in Support of 'Valley Girl Problems' EP

Kylie Cantrall is stepping into the spotlight with her first-ever headlining tour.

The singer and actress will launch “The Valley Girl Problems Tour” on Sept. 25 at The Fillmore Minneapolis, beginning a 15-city North American run that concludes Oct. 22 at The Novo in Los Angeles. The itinerary also includes stops at Chicago’s Riviera Theatre, New York’s Terminal 5, Atlanta’s The Eastern, San Francisco’s The Warfield and Toronto’s Queen Elizabeth Theatre.

“I’ve been waiting to bring this project to life onstage and create an epic show where my fans can experience the entire world of Valley Girl Problems with me,” Cantrall said in a press release. “This music is so personal, and I can’t wait to sing these songs together every night.”

The tour follows the release of Cantrall’s nine-track Valley Girl Problems EP, which generated more than 2.6 million streams during its first five days and debuted inside the Top 10 of Spotify’s U.S. Album Charts.

She has also continued her run as Red, the daughter of Rita Ora’s Queen of Hearts, in Disney’s Descendants franchise. The latest installment, Descendants: Wicked Wonderland, ranked as the top movie on Disney+ globally as of July 19 and led the platform’s charts in 71 countries, according to the release.
